The latest beauty boutique at Kildare Village …
The Cosmetics Company Store opened this week at Kildare Village – and it ups the premium beauty offering here yet again. Joining existing stores such as Charlotte Tilbury, Elemis and Pestle & Mortar, the new opening brings together a host of Estée Lauder-owned brands, from Aveda to Clinique, Bobbi Brown to MAC, Origins to Dr Jart – all discounted by 22 per cent or more.
Other luxe brands La Mer and Jo Malone London are also here (note that these are priced the same as on the high street). Balmain fragrances are priced at €125 (usually from €138 up to €165), plus candles. Most excitingly, Tom Ford Beauty – make-up AND fragrance – lands next week. New stock will be added regularly.
A couple of price examples we spotted on our visit (subject to availability) – you can nab Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for lip and cheeks at €27 (usually €36) and lipsticks for €31 down from €41, plus the popular Vitamin Enriched Facebase from €45 (usually €60). From Estée Lauder, snap up Advanced Night Repair Cleansing Balm at €40 (RRP €53) and the Overnight Treatment at €80 rather than €105. Lauder’s Beautiful eau de parfum is here too for €20 less.
It’s a beautifully designed store with plenty of space and testers, plus really friendly expert staff to guide you to the right products and shades. Come for tried and trusted favourites, from Lauder ANR serum to Doublewear Foundation (the original, rather than brand-new, formula).
You might also find favourite shades and items from previous collections – we spotted Mac lipsticks we’ve loved and lost, such as brilliant scarlet All Fired Up.
Pop into boutique Number 55 nearby too for a mixture of clothing, accessories and beauty labels, including deals on Currentbody LED masks, plus the Stories perfume range.
