We’re calling it: party of the year so far! The opening of Gloria Osteria on Dublin’s Westmoreland Street drew a crowd of 600 who flocked to the former bank building to see its long-awaited transformation. Oozing glamour, the interiors by Chloe Townsend are inspired by a 1970’s Milanese palazzo, with vintage curiosities and archival fashion handpicked from Italian markets giving Studio 54 vibes (minus Bianca Jagger on a white horse). Guests enjoyed canapés by head chef Davide Migallo, cocktails and music from DJ Marcus O’Laoire. For a front row seat – and prime people watching – take a pew at the ten-metre long Rosso Levanto marble bar, or cosy up in the private Salottino. @gloriaosteria.dublin
Aurelija Kupryte, partner of Michael Fetherston, owner of The K Club welcomed The Saturdays star Una Healy and 300 fans to switch on the resort lights to mark the official start to the season. She led celebrations with a selection of seasonal songs including her latest, Ready For Christmas, live for the first time.
