incognito Art Sale, Charlemont Square, Co Dublin | April 9-12
Fashion designers Simone Rocha and Helen Steele are some of the participants in this year’s art sale in aid of Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation. Other mystery artists include Maser and Leah Hewson, whose unsigned postcard artwork will feature in the biggest sale in the auction’s nine-year history, with 3,500 created in various mediums – watercolours, oils, pastels, acrylics and textiles – by over 1,000 artists. Expect a new photography category too.
Half of the collection will be available to purchase on April 11 and 12, which can be previewed on April 9 and 10. The other half will be available during the online sale on April 16. All of the artists behind the artworks will then be revealed. To ensure fairness, each customer is allowed to purchase only one item per online transaction. In the gallery, customers can purchase up to three artworks.
To date, incognito has raised over €1.2 million in funds to provide vital in-home nursing and respite support to 427 families across Ireland caring for children with severe learning disabilities and complex medical needs. Each artwork sold will make a meaningful difference for Jack and Jill families. www.jackandjillstore.ie @jackandjillcf
