1 The Mónóg Sleigh
40ml of your favourite Irish Gin
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
10ml simple sugar syrup
5 to 6 muddled cranberries
Poachers Classic Tonic
Method
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Pour over tumbler. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves.
2 Buile Bells
40ml your favourite Irish whiskey
1 to 2 drops Angostura bitters

Method
