Dublin Zoo
Dublin Zoo is inviting families to make the most of the Easter break with The Great Penguin Eggventure, a new interactive trail with clues and a prize to win a lifetime pass, running daily until April 12. Volunteers will also host Nest Fest, a series of conservation activities celebrating penguins where visitors can get hands-on experience with eggs of various shapes and sizes. From daily keeper talks and animal encounters, plus optional add-ons like the Egg-citing Dino Workshop with the Nutty Professor, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. @dublinzoo_official
Dream Point Dublin
The €3 million ‘world of dreams’ in Dublin’s Docklands has undergone its most ambitious transformation to date, reimagining the entire 21,000 sq ft venue as a multi-room experience inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Following its success at Kunstkraftwerk in Germany is a 20 minute 360° projection show where cinematic visuals and sounds transform the space into a surrealist’s fantasy. There’s also The Cheshire Cat Balloon Room, a Giant Pocket Watch above Ireland’s largest ball-pit, and illusions in The Mad Tea Table and The Falling Tree. Alice After Dark is an over 18s experience on Friday evenings where guests can enjoy a drink as they explore. @dreampointexperience
Luggwoods Dublin
A refreshed, 90-minute dog-friendly Enchanted Forest journey at its much loved South Dublin location, meet a host of charming woodland characters who share clues to help the Egg Professor crack the code to win a golden ticket. Hop onboard the Eggspress Train to the Easter Village, where children will be greeted by the Easter Bunny at his burrow and receive a chocolate egg.
