Clarins
Head to the Winter Outlet online for reductions on lots of favourite Clarins staples, including Double Serum+ (from €51). A complete set of Clarins for less than €20? Yes, please. The Make-Up Icons set features mascara, lip oil, primer and more.
What to stock up on: The Advent Calendar is now €60.30 (you can always save it for next year, if you can wait that long to open it!) while the Iconic Double Serum collection, with five key products in a vanity case, is less than €100.

Elysium
Valerie Osborne’s Elysium Day Spa & Laser Clinic is more than 20 years in business. The online store specialises in skincare, including Image Skincare, SkinCeuticals, Ultraceuticals and Alumier MD. You’ll also find a great range of suncare, including innovative options (incluing a brush-on sheer matte sunscreen) by ColorScience. They have the Skin Formulas body range, too – the Orange & Neroli body balm (255 for 200ml) is expensive, but lovely and silky on the skin.
What to stock up on: There are some good deals on Christmas sets, for example the Festive Glow Trio by Image Skincare, €112 (was €157.50).

Look Fantastic
Always a handy option for shopping a wealth of brands from Aesop to Aveeno. Head straight to the sale section for discounts of up to 60 per cent. If you like boxes of mini treats, try the Holiday Heroes edit, down to €44 (was €55). And don’t miss the Outlet section for regular discounts.
What to stock up on: Hermes Eau de Citron Noir cologne (€105), bright and breezy, will cheer us through to spring. Travalo perfume atomisers (from €10) are always useful, as is the Ultimate Detangler Tangle Teezer hairbrush (€17.50).

Space NK
Shop now for some good deals on last season’s sets, including By Terry’s Baume de Rose lip care (€11.40, was €19), an entire Drunk Elephant night kit (for grown-ups, NOT for teenagers) and even La Mer Moisturising Soft Lotion (now €176, down from €293). Stock up on Rare Beauty’s body lotion (now €18, down from €30). Also, some sunshine. James Read has been at the forefront of self-tanning for many years now, though his range, Self Glow, has become a lot more expensive and luxurious looking. This is a man who knows tan – his formulas have always delivered when it comes to natural-looking skin-warming – and we’re dying to try his Sunbright Tinted Tan Drops at 35 per cent off (now €29.15).
What to stock up on: We also love the Space NK Spice and Winter Pine candle set, now under €20. Selected DS & Durga scents are reduced in the (admittedly small) 10ml size – treat yourself to a shot of Pistachio (€48.75) – it’s so good.

Brown Thomas
So many great brands to snap up for less here. We can’t resist Trinny London’s Luxe Lip Colour in Demon, a cherry red, down to €15.60, and we’re tempted by the Westman Atelier Lip Suede Trio, down from €165 to €148.50 – still an investment, but so pretty (beware of low stock).
What to stock up on: Lots of the Ground Wellbeing sets, beautifully presented, are around half price. And the Cultured skincare range is all reduced, starting from around €8.50 for Vitality Cleansing Milk. It might not be on your radar yet, but it’s a neat, sustainable and reliable range that focuses on the skin’s microbiome. Founded by one of the guys behind the original REN skincare, one of the earliest so-called “clean” beauty brands. If you’re looking for a gentle new skincare routine, this is currently a bit of a steal.

Flannels
Lots of good bargains to add to basket here, with Laura Mercier lipsticks at €15.60 (half price) and a chance to try London hairstylist Larry King’s eponymous range (City Life shampoo, €18), plus Nails Inc neon nail polish. There are also brands we thought had disappeared, such as Stila (foundation down to €12).
What to stock up on: Nudestix Blush Mini Kit (€28.80, was €34.80) in handy stick format. Also luxurious Chantecaille lip glosses and Eve Lom skincare sets. And you can’t beat the ’90s classic CKOne eau de toilette gift set for €31.20.

We’re big fans of Dr Laura Lenihan’s no-nonsense approach to beauty. Her newly revamped online boutique, Phare, is a haven for skincare nerds, all year round – click here for a careful, clear edit of excellent luxury skincare brands such as iS Clinical, Medik8 and Skingredients.
What to stock up on: Affordable options from CeraVe. And we’re intrigued by the sunscreen mist for sensitive skin by Korean brand Beauty of Joseon, not on offer, but still a good price (€19). Tan Luxe’s Super Glow tanning drops are down to a tenner (from €48), which we need this month for sure …
