Make Every Decade Count …
Almost 100 guests of THE GLOSS and Goodbody, including members of THE GLOSS | Goodbody Investment Club, gathered at The Merrion Hotel in Dublin on 16 April 2026 to celebrate the launch of Make Every Decade Count.
With MC Ciara Doherty and an engaging panel including Michelle O’Keefe, Head of Wealth Advisory at Goodbody, Catriona Coady, Head of Tax at Goodbody, and Marguerite Larkin, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Kerry Group, followed by guest speaker, fashion stylist Aoife Dunican (@thestylebob), this special event focused on life-stage financial and fashion planning, much to the delight of an enthralled audience.
Michelle O’Keefe said at the event; “If you look at your life in ten years stints, it actually takes the pressure out of making decisions and just makes you think differently. It’s a total mindset shift.”
While Catriona Coady commented; “Tax changes all the time, so it’s really important to take account of those changes as you move through the decades, and that can be quite easily done through having a financial plan in place effectively.”
Marguerite Larkin summed it up perfectly; “You don’t need to have everything figured out in your 20s and your 30s, but you do need to have drive and ambition. Patience with purpose is truly a reflection on decade thinking.”
From the drinks reception to the conversations that continued long after the panel ended, it was clear how strongly Make Every Decade Count resonates with women.
