WHO Conor Bereen, co-founder of Bereen Brothers Group (which includes Coppinger, Row Wines, Orwell Road and Charlotte Quay restaurants) and artist.

MY STYLE Streetwear. I love clothes and fashion, and always have. With time on my hands during lockdown, I decided to pare back my wardrobe. The exercise made me think about my fashion consumption over the years: I have since cut out all fast fashion and have been buying less. I look at my wardrobe now with a greater appreciation and see it as a collection of pieces, instead of just clothing. Repair, not replace, has become my fashion mantra. I’m a sneakerhead so resisting the latest Air Max 1s has been the most challenging part of this philosophy, and if truth be told, it’s still a work in progress!

BEST INVESTMENT PIECE Probably my sneakers, that is, if I had never worn them – but that’s no fun. They were made for walking, after all. I recently bought a new Away Travel cabin bag, the best thing I have bought in years.

MY STYLE ICONS are Pharrell Williams and the late Virgil Abloh.

ON MY WISHLIST Anything from the Adidas X Gucci collaboration.

MY SIGNATURE SCENT is Tom Ford Oud Wood eau de parfum.

MY EXERCISE ROUTINE I’m a runner and always have been. I try to run 30km-plus a week. I also do TRX for strength training. I have learned over the years that exercise is vital for keeping my mental health in check. I have ADHD, and I feel it helps with some of the symptoms.

MY COFFEE ORDER is a flat white.

MY SIGNATURE DISH is crispy Chinese sea bass with kai-lan and steamed rice. Cooking is a big part of my life, and I’m obsessed with Asian cuisine.
