Toast with Coffee Mascarpone, Almonds and Honey

5 minutes preparation

2 tablespoons flaked almonds

3 or 4 tablespoons mascarpone

1 tablespoon v strong coffee

2 slices of good bread

1 or 2 tablespoons runny honey

Toast the almonds in a pan and leave aside to cool.

Whip the mascarpone with the coffee until it’s smooth and spreadable.

Toast the bread, spread the mascarpone, sprinkle the almonds, drizzle the honey and eat immediately.
