The Jewellery Edit: Festival-Inspired Wrists

1 MIN READ SAVE

With summer comes holidays, music festivals and outdoor fun – and with that, arms full of brightly coloured bands left over to remind us of the weekends just gone. Beads feel right for everyday in a summer wardrobe, and woven fabric maintains memories of travel and warm weather – but the whole thing can be kept grown and up and polished by anchoring colour and threads with a gleaming metal cuff or two.

18ct gold seed pearl bracelet, €690, www.annoushka.com; gold-plated striped bangle, €199, www.pandora.com.

Pandora‘s Wanderlust collection plays into this trend nicely; the striped slider bangle is particularly apt and elevated with a hint of sparkle. Annoushka‘s seed pearl bracelet feels like a fresh way to wear a classic pearl bracelet and Irish brand Scribble and Stone have lots of lovely gold toned options including this faceted beaded bracelet.

H&M have gone the extra mile, packaging their bracelets into groups of four so we can stack without having to second guess, or visit Roxanne Assoulin, whose enamel and gold plated beads (below) have long been the go-to of cool New York women looking to add preppy colour to their wrists.
