After all we have been through in 2020, at The Gloss Magazine we are advocating for more awareness around stress, anxiety, fear and mental health and how we can achieve better balance in our busy lives, self-worth, a sense of pride in who we are and a strong, resilient mind. This year has been difficult for all of us in many different ways, if we haven’t suffered from a mental health issue ourselves, we all know someone who has. This is the basis of our focus on #MindOurselves. It’s not just about ourselves as individuals – having this conversation is a priority so that those of us who are close to sufferers, will know how to speak or act to help them.
