The Banking Hall at the WESTIN HOTEL DUBLIN marks its 150th anniversary, see the guests who were there to celebrate …
Last night The Westin Hotel Dublin marked the 150th anniversary of the recently restored Banking Hall with an evening of historical storytelling and Christmas spirit. Festive delights from the hotel’s Executive Chef, Dermot Brennan were served while author, broadcaster and historian, Pat Liddy brought guests through the very rich history of The Banking Hall and its position within the city. The Christmas lights were officially turned on in the opulent surroundings of The Banking Hall, with its vaulted ceilings, magnificent Stucco detailing, and four chandeliers crafted from 8,000 pieces of Waterford Crystal. What a glamorous setting for guests to celebrate the beginning of Christmas!
