WHAT: I’m booking a table on the terrace of Wilde at The Westbury this weekend to sample Everything’s Rosé. The pretty terrace has been decorated with a floral installation by Appassionata to complement the new Rosé wine tasting experience. Just €25, this includes four rosés from the South of France selected by Philip Dunne, head sommelier. The flight includes wines by Le Bijou, ‘M’ de Château Minuty, BYOTT and celebrity favourite Whispering Angel. There’s also some tasty food pairings on the menu, should you fancy a nibble – from tuna sashimi to roasted tiger prawns. Everything’s Rosé at Wilde is available daily from 12.30pm.
