This is our go-to vinaigrette and a wonderful alternative to same old mayo in those holiday sandwiches. Make a jar and keep it in the fridge.
For 4; 2 minutes preparation.
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Demerara sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon red bean miso
Whisk together and serve with shredded raw white cabbage, radishes, sliced carrots, fresh mint & grated ginger.
