The IRISH AUTHOR was honoured at the Specsavers Bestseller Awards in LONDON last night …
Cecelia Ahern’s debut novel PS I Love You, published in 2004 by HarperCollins, has sold more than one million copies in the UK. She received her certification last night at the Specsavers Bestseller Awards, powered by Nielsen Books. The ceremony was held at the May Fair Hotel and hosted by former Look The Business speaker, Mariella Frostrup.
“What an amazing night,” the novelist posted on her Instagram account. “Huge celebrations with my editor Lynne Drew and HarperCollins who I’m privileged to have worked with for 15 years, a vibrant and innovative team I’m so grateful for. Thank you to my special readers who helped this dream come true. I’m honoured that you would spend your hard earned money and spend your precious time reading my stories. This, alone, is so motivating, you’ve no idea. And I’m proud of myself for working my arse off, believing in myself, rarely listening to anyone else, aways challenging myself, and most importantly never giving up.”
