CHECK out the best of up-and-coming Irish and European design at [MADE], a new space in the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre curated by jewellery designer Chupi and designer Kate Nolan. Currently available are collections by Danielle Romeril, Natalie B Coleman, Sorcha O’Raghallaigh, We Are Islanders and Laura Kinsella. The store also houses a gallery currently exhibiting, RESONATE, an Irish photographic perspective on fashion, culture, climate and landscape.
ENJOY artist Dorothy Smith’s unique perspective on place and space at Made and Considered, a new exhibition of her pencil drawings at DARC Space. “The material fabric, geometry and circulation patterns of urban space have huge impact on the quality and reach of citizens’ everyday lives, and on the effectiveness of our cities and neighbourhoods,” Smith explains.
