This competition is now closed.
Reflecting the creativity, talent and business acumen of Irish designers has always been a priority for the team at THE GLOSS Interiors. Many of the companies we feature enjoy great success at home and abroad. To celebrate, you could win one of two beautifully designed on-trend pieces from two such companies.
GILDED HOUND‘s (www.gildedhound.ie) Sparkle & Shine mirrors are made in Ireland by Siobhán Sacker, who was born in Wicklow but spent her teenage years in India, where she became fascinated with metal-smithing. Using all-Irish components and working with fellow artisans, Sacker hand-crafts the mirrors in her Dublin studio. With a sparkly satin finish on the outer rim, they shine beautifully in raw copper or brass. We have a Gilded Hound solid brass 40cm mirror, worth €370, to give away to one lucky reader this month.
VENTURA DESIGN (www.ventura.ie) was founded by Arlene McIntyre in 2005. Now based in brand new premises in Deansgrange, McIntyre offers a complete turnkey design service and has also launched a luxurious range of furniture including sofas, tables and chairs, all manufactured in Ventura’s own workshops and factories. The open design of this brass, geometric table lamp by Ventura Design lets you add abstract style to your home without obscuring views, and is a stylish nod to the current brushed metal trend. We have one Kenley antique brass table lamp, worth €620, to give away.
