Enter interiors SEVENTH HEAVEN at SEVEN WOOD on Dawson Street …
You may remember Seven Wood from its previous locations in Ranelagh and the Fumbally Exchange, Dame Lane, but their latest pop-up is the most gorgeous space yet with three floors of interior heaven on Dawson Street, Dublin 2. But be sure to visit soon, as it won’t be around for too much longer.
Sligo-born Niamh Banks is the woman behind Seven Wood. Banks, who previously worked at Avoca, launched the pop-up shop as a way to promote her website www.sevenwood.ie which stocks a carefully selected collection of homeware goods and apothecary products. She travels to Denmark, Sweden and Paris to source products for Seven Wood, making it a wonderland of European inspiration.
With an aim to provide products that are functional, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing, here’s what you can expect to find: a unique collection of vintage furniture including a wide range of beautiful mid-century Scandinavian pieces, a vintage lighting selection with 1920s lamps and industrial-style anglepoise lamps among others, and some seriously sought after Hans Wegner, Grete Jalk and Borge Mogensen pieces that Banks herself is quite excited about this season.
Along with all of this you’ll also find the most beautiful stationery ranges that would give any aspiring writer inspiration and some beauty and skincare products from brands such as Compagnie de Provence and Sevin London.
Seven Wood is a temporary pop-up shop and will be in place at 51c Dawson Street, Dublin 2 until the end of April. Make sure to visit soon.
Don’t miss our next issue, out Thursday April 6.
